Apartment Description

Located in the Bort area of Saanen, this apartment is on the ground-floor of a nice Chalet (with 6 apartments at all). This quiet area offers a very nice view, only some minutes by car to Gstaad center or the ski tracks. Up to 3 people (2 adults and a child).

The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, comfortable living room with a convertible sofa (suitable for a child) fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area for up to 5 people, open kitchen equipped (with american hotplates) and a south facing terrace.

Price

High season winter : CHF 1'500.- per week
Winter (low season): CHF 1'200.- per week
Summer: CHF 900.- per week
A minimum of 2 weeks is required.
Other periods on request.


Conditions

  • Included are: heating, linen, towels
  • Not included are: telephone, electricity (CHF 25.--/day for weekly rentals, according to counter for season rentals), firewood, cleaning of the apartment, tourist tax, washing of linen and towels (these services can be arranged)
  • Side-costs will be charged to you after departure
  • Full prepayment together with a refundable deposit is due minimum 2 weeks before arrival.
  • Due to very heavy demand in peak seasons, a quick reply with the requested dates is required together with a 100% advance payment to the following bank account:
