for up to 4 people on the first floor of a brand new condominium chalet, modern and cosy interior, 1 master bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms/WCs (1 of them en-suite), living area with fireplace, detached and fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 1 garage place, maid service available, common used laundry and drying machines in the basement of the chalet.

This chalet is located in the area called Rübeldorf, halfway between the village center of Saanen and the chairlift of Eggli and the Saanen Ski School. Max. 10 walking minutes from both locations. Quiet location next to the Chalberhöni creek with a nice view of the mountains.

Price

  • Until 20th December and January: CHF 2’000.--/week (min. of 2 weeks required)
  • Christmas/New Year: CHF 6’000.--/week (min. of two weeks required)
  • February: CHF 4’000.--/week (min. of two weeks required)
  • Whole Winter Season: CHF 26’000.— (incl. Christmas/New Year), CHF 20’000.—(excl. Christmas/New Year)
  • April/Mai/June/July: CHF 2’000.--/week (min. of two weeks required)
  • August: CHF 3’000.--/week (min. of two weeks required)
  • Whole Summer Season (End of June until End of September) CHF 20’000.—

Conditions

  • Included in above prices are: heating, linen, towels
  • Not included are: telephone costs, electricity (CHF 25.--/day for weekly rentals, according to counter for season rentals), firewood, cleaning of the apartment, tourist tax, washing of linen and towels (these services can be arranged)
  • Side-costs will be charged to you after departure
  • Full prepayment together with a refundable deposit of CHF 5'000.-- is due 2 weeks before arrival.
